Essential PSM/RMP Services
Mechanical Integrity Inspections:
These inspections are required every five years. This is an audit of each piece of ammonia equipment for rust, leaks, piping, insulation, safeties, compliance, and design issues.
Compliance Audits:
These are required every three years. They evaluate your current RMP/PSM/ARM/ARM-LC program policies and procedures in place and offer solutions to rectify issues.
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA):
Required every five years, this analysis identifies potential hazards, evaluating risks and determining safeguards.
RMP Submittals:
These documents, which are required to be submitted every five years, detail ammonia quantities, employee numbers, and hazard mitigation policies.
Standard Operating & Maintenance Procedures:
Developing operating procedures for each piece of ammonia equipment.
Relief VALVEW and RELIEF Vent Piping Surveys:
Calculating ventilation rates for relief valves/piping proper relief rates for ammonia equipment, while providing recommended upgrades.
VENTILATION Surveys:
