About the Role:
With the ever-changing regulations surrounding Ammonia Refrigeration Systems, you will assist clients with ensuring their Ammonia Safety programs are up-to-date and compliant. As part of a team of PSM/RMP Specialists, tasks will include but not limited to:
Create and update PSM/RMP/ARM/ARM-LC Compliance Programs
Attend onsite PSM/RMP/ARM Team Coordination Meetings with customers
Conduct Mechanical Integrity Inspections on Ammonia Refrigeration equipment
Conduct Compliance Audits for PSM/RMP/ARM/ARM-LC/DHS Compliance Programs
Conduct Process Hazard Analysis on Ammonia Refrigeration facilities
Submit Risk Management Plan Submittals
Create Standard Operating & Maintenance Procedures
Conduct Ammonia Relief Vent Piping & Machinery Room Ventilation Surveys
Conduct Ammonia Inventory Calculation Surveys
Sketch Ammonia Refrigeration Systems
Ammonia Valve Tagging
Ammonia Pipe Labeling
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
B.S. Degree in Safety and/or 2+ years’ experience in PSM/RMP
Understanding of Ammonia Refrigeration
Understanding of PSM requirements for Ammonia Refrigeration
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DHS regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
